Criminal Reference Check:
All coaches, bench staff and dressing room staff must have their Clear Criminal Reference Check (CPIC) submitted to the Registrar by October 31^st  as per HEO Policy 6.6. 

Please note you can begin this process online on the OPP website. You will also need to provide this letter from the AMHA board. Once check completed, send a copy to amharegistrar@hotmail.com and this information will be entered into HCR.

Coaches will not be able to get on the ice/bench with their team until this is completed. If you have a form that was completed in the past two years, you can email a copy to amharegistrar@hotmail.com and it will be added to your Hockey Canada account. 

Police checks are valid for a three-year period.
